Oat Flour
Applications: Oatcakes, Oatmeal cookies, and Oat bread
Benefits: Oats contain the highest levels of protein and fat, as well as the largest share of vitamins and minerals, of all grain varieties. They are particularly rich in essential amino acids.
Millet Flour
Millet Flour.

Applications: Baked puddings, other dishes, etc.

Benefits: It contains iron, fluorine, phosphorus, sulfur, magnesium, and lime. In the millet seed, we also find a large concentration of silicic acid.
Barley Flour

Barley Flour. It's a non-wheat flour produced from grinding whole barley.

Dinkel/Spelt Flour (Whole, White & Semolina)

Einkorn Flour
Einkorn Flour is one of the original wheat varieties and has its origin in the Middle East. Also known as Triticum Monococcum.

Applications: Cakes and other desserts, Whole-flour breads, Tin loafs.

Benefits: Einkorn contains more proteins than wheat - as much as about 15% more. Additionally, a high amount of carotenoides is found in Einkorn, which accounts for the yellow colour of the grain.
