Oat Flour
Applications: Oatcakes, Oatmeal cookies, and Oat bread

Millet Flour

Einkorn Flour
Einkorn Flour is one of the original wheat varieties and has its origin in the Middle East. Also known as Triticum Monococcum.

Applications: Cakes and other desserts, Whole-flour breads, Tin loafs.

Benefits: Einkorn contains more proteins than wheat - as much as about 15% more. Additionally, a high amount of carotenoides is found in Einkorn, which accounts for the yellow colour of the grain.
